Job Summary and Qualifications

The Senior Organizational Effectiveness Consultant-Change Management collaborates with business leaders, HR business partners and project leaders/teams to create and implement change management (CM) strategies, plans and tools to support successful outcomes in change initiatives. Drives organizational effectiveness and efficiency through research, identification, customization and utilization of organizational assessment tools and approaches

What you will do in this role:

• Manage the change portfolio for the Human Resources Group of HCAHealthcare and consult on HCA Healthcare change initiatives.
• Conduct change impact assessments and consult with project sponsors on degree of project change management required – i.e. full-time, part-time, # and role of internal or external CM resources.
• Function as Change Lead on key initiatives, partnering with internal/external resources as required to meet project demands.
• Coach project teams in use of change management tools and resources to ensure integration of change management activities into project plan.
• Provide input, document requirements and consult on the design and delivery of CM training and communications.
• Identify, qualify, onboard and supervise external CM experts/consultants as required to meet large-scale or complex change initiatives.
• Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress for change initiatives.
• Develop change competency across the organization, identifying opportunities where expanded change expertise will drive improved outcomes and org effectiveness.
• Conduct organizational effectiveness assessments to diagnose and recommend appropriate OD/OE intervention/support – i.e. Team Performance, Org Design, Change Management, and Engagement.
• Work collaboratively with L&OD and T & OE COE’s in the design, development and implementation of programs, tools and strategies to support organizational effectiveness.

What qualifications you will need:

• Bachelors Degree
• Master's degree in organizational development or related field preferred
• 7+ years of experience in org development, org effectiveness, change management or similar experience required
• PROSCI or similar change management certification preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft suite ; curriculum development experience preferred
• Ability to effectively coach, develop and lead others in large scale change initiatives required
